ABOUT QUAIL HOLLOW
Quail Hollow Homestead is a small family operated farm located in Conecuh County, Alabama. Currently the farm is focused on raising dexter cattle for meat and milk production and various poultry breeds.
Our dexter cows will provide fresh A2A2 milk and beef that has said to be comparable to wagyu beef.
We hatch and raise our own chickens, ducks, and quail. Our chicken breeds vary from standard cochin to English game bantam. We have bobwhite quail and call ducks.
We also grow fresh produce in raised beds and in a reduced-tilled system. We put major focus in planting pollinator plots within and around our garden to promote our pollinator species and we frequently burn our pasture areas to remove invasive species and promote grass growth.

Quail Hollow Homestead started as a dream for the Williams family, local backyard farmers. After job security uncertainty grew, the Williams family decided to take the leap and start a small farming business focused on providing fresh farm products to local families. It is a dream of the Williams family to push Quail Hollow to become a farm to table operation where local families can source locally raised beef, poultry and other farm products near Conecuh County, Alabama.
Chris and Jessica Williams are 1st generation farmers with their young sons, Hudson and Eli. The farm currently raises mules, cattle, goats, chickens, quail, ducks and pigs.
